Supply Chain Analyst


TOP-TOY is looking for a skilful Supply Chain Analyst in our Supply Chain DK team which is responsible for supply chain operations for all TOP-TOY units in the Northern countries and Germany. Apart from eleven dedicated colleagues in the Supply Chain Team, you will also be working closely together with the rest of the organisation, which is based in Vallensbæk.


The tasks as Supply Chain Analyst

The most important tasks are in the following areas:


  • Proactive Identification of potential risks and optimization areas to the ERP/SAP platform
  • Resolve incidents (both one-time and recurring scenarios) by applying appropriate technology
  • Work closely with Business Process Owner in preparation and roll-out of SAP solutions for Supply Chain operations
  • Participate and be a main driver in cross-functional project planning and roll-out
  • Making guides, manuals and business process procedures
  • Realize new and/or updated SAP modules
  • Train, support and audit operational staff members in SAP processes
  • Monitor and maintain in ERP system
  • Develop data analysis tools which assists operations
  • Develop and present specific proposals based on analysis to management and other stakeholders

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who sees it as a positive challenge to be a part of increasing the operational use of SAP in a Supply Chain context, and who thrives on a mixture of development tasks and monthly recurrent tasks.


Your educational background is an MSc, Bachelor of Logistics/Supply Chain or an equivalent education. Alternatively you have an operational Supply Chain background where you have used SAP daily and thus have gathered SAP super user experience.


You are with sound professional qualifications and you can communicate principles and procedures in a way that is easy to understand both orally and in writing in Danish and English. You are used to working with deadlines and you make it a point of honour to deliver to or before the agreed deadline. You are a super user of SAP and is able to train and assist staff members in operational use of SAP (in particular MRP usage) and you regard it as a positive challenge to use IT tools to find better and more efficient ways of doing things.

We are looking for a self-propelled colleague who is open, positive and thorough. When needed you contribute with extra effort together with the other team members in order to meet deadlines and deliver work of top quality.
